Attend one or two online classes a month throughout your pregnancy to gain a deeper understanding and connection with baby.

Pregnancy 101 Class

This 1 hour Pregnancy class models healthy habits and partner involvement, all while stressing the importance of good prenatal health. This pregnancy class is brought to life utilizing stunning 3D fetal development animation throughout and includes topics on medical care, nutrition, exercise, discomforts, hazards and emotions during pregnancy.

Labor & Childbirth Class

This 1 hour class will go over pain theories, 5 P’s of labor, signs labor is near, onset of labor, stages of labor, and the importance of skin-to-skin contact. Partner and birth support companions are welcome to attend for free.

Natural Birth Techniques Class

This 1 hour class focuses on birth preferences, labor support, breathing, relaxation, massage, visualization, focal points, hydrotherapy, labor & pushing positions, back labor, and partner advice

This 1 hour class is designed to prepare you for the “what-if” during labor and birth. Learn how to better prepare or avoid a c-section and other medical procedures.
