  • A Doula helps the mother and her family prepare for childbirth and postpartum.

Mothers who have a doula are proven to have shorter labors, less interventions, and an overall better birth experience.

  • Doulas attend home births, independent free standing birth centers and hospitals.

  • Doulas support all births.

Whether you are planning a c-section or medicated birth a doula is a valuable resource.

As the saying goes…baby’s come when they are ready. Sometimes that is before the scheduled c-section or before the epidural has time to work.

Having a Doula is just another tool in your tool belt.

Expect the unexpected. When it’s time to pivot a Doula can offer support and guidance.
